Francesca is a pediatrician who is dedicated to both motherhood and children, married to another physician, Pedro. Following the birth of a new child, Francesca begins to suffer from postpartum depression. Following the advice of friend and psychiatrist Jean, the couple move to a new home away from the city. But Francesca’s obsession with her new baby engulfs her. Regardless of Pedro’s and Jean’s attempts to help her, she seems to drift dangerously close to madness. And to make matters worse, she is starting to hear and see things. Furtive figures and ghostly shadows start tormenting her. The large house in which she and her family live alone seems to hide terrible secrets. Both the cellar and the attic are locked and barred to the family, and it is from both these places that Francesca receives nocturnal visits that are slowly driving her mad.

Traumatized by an terrifying event in her youth, Claire Thompson tries to exorcise her demons by revisiting the old house where a terrible children’s massacre took place. Now a haunted house attraction set up by impressario Walston Rey, the former foster home run by the evil Miss Darrode is set to open for the press and Walston recruits Claire and several of her fellow acting class students to perform as part of the show. Unfortunately, a series of horrible murders happen at the haunted house, generating from the malevolent spirit of the departed Miss Darrode. A group of young actors is recruited to work for the “Dark House,” a new haunted house attraction built by impresario, Walston Rey. His revolutionary new holographic system projects images of monsters throughout the house in an infinite number of variations. Walston has deliberately chosen a house which fourteen years before was the scene of a grizzly massacre perpetrated by Ms. Darode. Slowly the group begins to realize that things are not what they appear. The house locks down and the attractions begin to attack the actors with murderous intent as they frantically work to shut down the system and understand what happening. Could it all be just a computer malfunction and an attempt to ruin Walston or has the spirit of Ms. Darode returned to take care of some unfinished business…

Cody, Duke, and Otis, three good old boys with the combined intelligence of a bag of hammers, have made it their mission to capture an alien. Fifteen years prior the three men, their friend Wyatt, and Cody’s brother Timmy were abducted, leaving them all mentally disturbed and Timmy dead. When they finally manage to snare an alien, they take it to Wyatt’s house where they strap it down and try to figure out what they’re going to do next. In the process, Wyatt’s girlfriend becomes possessed by the alien and Cody becomes infected by some alien disease which turns him into a pile of rotting flesh. If they set the alien free it will probably kill them. If they kill the alien then its race will come to earth and eradicate every living thing on the planet. Bad news either way.

Karen Clarke wakes suddenly to the piercing shriek of her clock radio. It is still dark,
the green glow of the digital numbers read 03:18. She shuffles to the bathroom,
switches on the light…
…and recoils in horror at the reflection in the mirror – - she has been badly beaten
but apparently has no memory of how! She collapses to her knees and throws up
into the toilet.

Something metal hits the porcelain. The confused Karen reaches in and pulls out a
key. A very strange locker key…
Karen works in a mortuary – preparing bodies for pre-funeral viewings and on this
particular morning all seems relatively normal…until a corpse sits up, grabs Karen’s
wrist and curses her for “What she has done!” And that’s just the beginning.
Ugly, twisted creatures, led by the monstrous Needlelooth, seem to be stalking her
every move, plaguing her already bizarre existence. Even in her own home she feels
their malevolent presence.
And every time she wakes, she has been beaten.
Her only reprieve from this hellish existence is when she sleeps. For the moment
Karen Clarke falls asleep she awakes as Susan Hamilton – a normal girl with a
normal life and a normal job.
Susan believes Karen to be her nightmare alter ego.
Karen believes Susan to be her dream of a better life.
But which is the real world and which is the dream?
As strange occurrences begin to infiltrate Susan’s once normal life, the boundaries
between conscious and subconscious become increasingly blurred.
But, is she prepared to face the truth, the truth held within her own mind, the truth
unlocked only by that strange locker key?
